Yes, Global PayEX’s deduction module is advanced and capable of auto-reading payment advice to identify deductions and map them to the seller’s deduction codes. Additionally, we can set validations and rules – e.g., round-off thresholds and tax percentages and auto-categorize those into internal codes.
Our system can automatically be configured with rules that will auto-approve the basis of the item in the pre-defined rulesets. In case of unresolved items, resolution workflows can be set up for the corporate’s AR team to act.
Yes, there will be a separate view within the dashboard for sellers with the various slice and dice views – deductions at a buyer level, basis deduction codes etc. Sellers can also track the status of a deduction at a document level, whether it was auto-approved, disputed or open.
Auto-emails will be triggered to the buyers with a detailed context of the dispute with necessary references to the documents and reasons.
The deduction management module can provide views and handle resolution workflows across departments (finance, supply chain, tax etc.) to enable the approval of deductions.
We offer advanced automation for deductions, including generating debit notes and processing partial invoice write-offs.
