Our inherent containerization strategy, built on Kubernetes and Helm charts, abstracted workloads from the underlying infrastructure. This gave us the flexibility to replicate, move, and spin up services seamlessly between cloud and on-prem.

Functional, performance, and failover tests were conducted in parallel to ensure zero surprises during the final cutover.
