On the Payables side, PayEX facilitates supplier invoice aggregation, reconciles invoices with GRN/SRN/POs, automates approval workflows, and enables multiple payment options leveraging early payment discounts, dynamic discounting, funding from multiple lenders, etc. thus freeing up working capital. Vendors get a real-time view of their invoice status, enjoy early payment benefits, and funding support leading to better vendor satisfaction and secure supply chains. The Position:
Global PayEX is seeking an Associate Program Manager (APM) to join our cutting-edge team to build and run large-scale, multi-tenant financial SaaS products and their associated implementations – referred together as projects.
As an APM, you will:
• monitor the progress of projects against pre-agreed timelines
• escalate to relevant stakeholders proactively to avoid grievances later
• track the project running costs against signed-off budgets
• be responsible for the successful delivery of products and projects
• run risk assessments and present them to the leadership team
• present all of the above in templated reports and dashboards
You should ideally:
• be a BS preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical fields
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• know how to navigate across teams with different priorities and personalities
• understand risks and escalate them
• be stubborn with timelines but grounded in the realities of a startup
• learn how to decipher ambiguous status provided by colleagues and clients
• be a whiz in Excel, Powerpoint, or similar tools
• have a keen sense of budgets vs. costs
• learn how to present the root causes of possible future failures in a lucid manner
