Being a tech entrepreneur with a successful exit, Anu has worked with tech start-ups and global giants and specializes in setting up new regions and taking them to scale. He has over 2 decades of global experience in working in leadership positions in banking, cards & payments, trading, hi-tech, and SaaS companies such as Hewlett Packard, Icertis (CloudMoyo), and MphasiS.

He holds an MBA degree and a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

David Cowles

David is an advisor at Global PayEX, where he brings his years of applied AI experience to our products and services. Additionally, he is also the Senior Vice President at Afiniti, which is the world’s leading applied AI and advanced analytics provider. His leadership has led the Afiniti team to customer success by providing a more personalized customer experience and in creating a path for long-term customer value bridging strategy.

David is a seasoned management consultant with over 12 years of focused experience in the domains of analytics, digital commerce, social media, big data, and financial management. Previously, he has held important portfolios such as, Board Advisor and Investor at Veravas,Inc., where he was instrumental in developing technology that would measure the potential of low abundance biomarkers, needed to better diagnose and treat rare and common diseases. Besides, David has served as the Chief Operations Officer at CogWellin-BIO Tech Venture Company; as the Chief Digital Officer at MAXIMUS, and Managing Director at PwC and Accenture, where his management consulting prowess has helped sway influence across multiple industry groups including communications, healthcare, financial, consumer goods, manufacturing, and entertainment. Michael Kwesi Essandoh

Michael Essandoh is an expert in software systems design, development, testing, and maintenance with an excellent proven track record of developing applications and solutions.

He joined the Global PayEX team in 2022 to lead the DevSecOps team, ensuring excellence in cloud infrastructure, using the latest DevOps practices, and ensuring we’re compliant to industry standards.

Before joining Global PayEX, Michael worked in leading technology organizations across Ghana and the USA. He provided strategic support as Head of Technology at OMNI Strategies and took up responsibilities to ensure engineering excellence for data processing, quality assurance, data warehousing, analytics, and algorithms. In his career journey so far, Michael has collaborated with Mobiliti Inc. (Austin), Tactical Intelligence Security (Accra), Petra Trust (Accra), and VasSoft (Accra), among others.

Michael has played active roles for technology firms in strategizing DevOps implementations as well as architecting applications to help businesses scale their solutions and services.

Joseph Adjei Manu

Joseph Adjei Manu has over 12 years of experience in multiple industries, including enterprise software, energy trading, investment banking, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and revenue management.

He has been in the IT industry since 2005 and has worked for companies spanning North America, Asia, and Africa. Before joining Global PayEX, he worked with Tibco Software (California), Merck Pharmaceutical (New Jersey), Shell Americas (Texas), Armstrong Manufacturing (Pennsylvania), Bank of New York Mellon (New York), and Liquid Financial Service (Ghana).

Joseph has been a crucial factor in scaling and leading multiple high-performing technology organizations to attain various industry security and privacy compliance certifications.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Hampton University.

Mohan Krishnan

Mohan Krishnan is a serial IT entrepreneur, with over 3 decades of global experience in Financial Information Technology.
He co-founded MphasiS, India’s 5th largest IT and BPO company with 37000 people and $1 Billion+ in revenues, which was acquired by EDS/HP in 2008. Mohan served as President and Global Head of the US $500 M Software Applications Business with 15,000 people. MphasiS acquired an impressive list of global banks and financial institutions as its customers across all major geographies.
He also served as EDS Vice President and led the CIO/CTO offices and Architecture community of MphasiS. His other ventures include Byzan Systems Pvt. Ltd., a 30 year old IT company focused on Financial Technologies and Services in India.
Mohan is an angel investor in multiple startups in technology, retail, education, legal outsourcing, energy and real estate. He has also served as the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Nabventures, an INR 7 billion venture fund set up by NABARD with an investment focus on agriculture and related development sectors.

Venkitesh Krishnan

Venkitesh Krishnan (Venki) is the Head of Sales – India at Global PayEX.

He has close to 30 years of experience in Corporate Business Development, Team Building, & Leadership in IT Services, Mobility, Financial Services, and ED Tech.

He joined the Global PayEX leadership team in September 2019 and oversees brand promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns as part of our global expansion strategy.

Venki has rich experience and expertise working with prominent organizations in his prior roles. He spearheaded the India Business and took many large clients to global markets.

He was instrumental in driving the India Business for IVY Mobility, a leading global enterprise mobility player built on a SaaS revenue model. In the past eight years, Venki led business success for IVY in building client relationships with 35 plus large MNC and Indian CPG (FMCG) Giants with over 50,000 SaaS users.

Venki holds a post-graduate Diploma in Management and a post-graduate degree in commerce from the Institute of Management Development and Research (IMDR), Pune.

Efthymios Gkaitatzis

In addition, he has built and grown early-stage startups to Forbes FinTech 50 status. In her current position at Global PayEx, she is responsible for the development and launch of new products as well as the management of existing product performance. Sudipta Jash

Senior Vice President- International Growth and Partnerships at Global PayEX

Sudipta joined the Global PayEX leadership team in 2022, with the objective to grow the company globally.

He has over 20 years of experience in business development, product management, strategic, and operational leadership experience in technology led businesses, and has spearheaded international expansion for several marquee technology companies.

He previously served as the Head of International Business at PayU Payments, a global fintech leader offering innovative payment, credit, and investment solutions across more than 50 markets worldwide. At PayU, he provided amazing support to the global merchants of all sizes in expanding into emerging markets, including India.

Prior to joining PayU, he was based in the United States as a Management Consultant with Mphasis Inc. At Mphasis, he worked extensively with a wide range of clients, including JP Morgan, Citibank, Green Dot, Charles Schwab, and Wolters Kluwer. During his tenure with the firm, he held a variety of senior leadership roles in Asia and North America. He also had stints with Mphasis Europe in Brussels and Dublin.

He holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance.

Jonathan Amos-Asiedu

Jonathan Amos-Asiedu has 12+ years of experience in Architecting, Building and Delivering Software at Scale. Jonathan’s career spans multiple domains including Biometrics, Healthcare & Health Informatics, Data Analytics & Cataloguing, E-commerce, and Financial Inclusion. He has worked with institutions across Africa, Europe, and USA. He has previously worked with GenKey BV in the Netherlands as a Senior Engineer & Architecture Lead, Andela Inc. in the USA as a Team Lead, and at Alation Inc. in the USA as a Senior Engineer, Architecture Lead and Team Lead.

Sundar Raman Subramaniam is the Lead Client Success at Global PayEX. Sundar is a Business Leader with a focus on driving customer relationships in the AR and AP automation space.
In 2021, Sundar became part of the leadership team, bringing three decades of global service delivery experience in Information Technology, Telecom, Business Process Outsourcing, and Manufacturing Industries.

Over the years, he has actively provided support to lead and grow human resource functionalities. He assists Global PayEX in expanding its talent portfolio with the right mix of candidates in various roles, including Business Development and Product Management, to transform clients’ businesses.

Sundar also serves in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Client Relationships, Corporate Services, and Leadership Development to lead sales strategies and client solutions with an emphasis on driving growth for AI and ML-powered collection solutions at Global PayEX.

Sundar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, preceded by Graduate Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Jeroen Tas is currently the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer at Philips Healthcare. Tas is also a member of the Executive Committee at Royal Philips. Prior to that Tas served as the CEO of Philips health Informatics Solutions and Services and previously the Group CIO of Philips. He has also been the head of Citicorp’s Transaction technologies and worked for Digital Equipment and Philips Electronics in international marketing and project management positions in the USA, Europe and Asia. He has won the NASSCOM Global CIO of the year 2014, E&Y Entrepreneur of the year, 2004, and the Dutch CIO of the year in 2013. Jeroen has been named the Innovator of the Year by Philips in 2015 and is also a co-founder of MphasiS. He holds an MBA from the Free University of Amsterdam.

Jerry is currently Chairman of Value Budget Housing Development Corporate of India Pvt. Ltd. He held several positions in Citicorp in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. He co-founded MphasiS, India’s 5th largest IT company, which was acquired by EDS/HP in 2008. MphasiS clients included JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Charles Schwab, TD Bank, FedEx, and HP. He has been Chairman of NASSCOM and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year, 2004.

He is an alumnus of Loyola College Chennai, IIM Ahmedabad and the University of Chicago. He is also Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard Business School and teaches at IIM, Ahmedabad and IIT Mumbai.

A FinTech investor who has been involved with entrepreneurship at London Business School [LBS] for over 20 years, having been President of Enterprise 100 LBS for 3 years. Has been Chairman/Director of technology/payments companies in UK, US, Brussels, Turkey, India, Hong Kong and Indonesia having wide experience in M & A. He is currently President of P20, the Industry body dedicated to making payments accessible, affordable and secure for all, through collaborative change.

Alok Misra

Alok Misra is the Chief Operating Officer of General Atlantic’s India office and an Operating Partner. In this role, he provides strategic support and financial expertise to the firm’s investment teams and portfolio companies with a
focus on the India & Asia-Pacific region. Before joining General Atlantic in 2013, Alok served as Group Chief Financial Officer at WNS Group, where he helped lead the company through significant expansion and transformation. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Financial Officer of MphasiS BFL Group (now part of the HewlettPackard Company) and served in a number of accounting and finance roles at other firms, including I.T.C. Limited and PwC. Alok is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
